Now PDF Writer Preferences

From the 'Start' Menu, select Programs > Now PDF > Preferences as shown below

You will then have the Now PDF Writer Preferences dialogue window as shown below

• When 'Use default folder location' is Not selected, The Now PDF Writer Software will be prompt you to select a location to save to each time you create a PDF file.

• The option to 'Use print job name...' is only available when 'Use default folder location' is selected. This option, when selected, will bypass the prompt to name the file and Now PDF Writer will automatically choose the name of the original document you are creating the PDF file from. This is a great option when quickly creating many PDF files because the Now PDF Writer automates the process.

• The option 'View PDF after saving' when checked will automatically launch Acrobat Reader (as long as it is installed) to view your new PDF file immediately.
