Information Use

We hate SPAM as much as you do.  It is our strict policy that your information be kept private for the sole use and purpose of conducting the business transaction and following up with that transaction.  Personal information of our customers will NEVER be sold, shared or accessed by any third part - period!

We will not use your information to try and sell you everything under the sun and squeeze every dime we possibly can from you.  Occasionally, we may announce a new product update or CD that we offer, announce changes / improvements to our website, but never a third party offer.

That's it.  No fine print.

Information Gathering

Our site uses Google Analytics to help us manage our website and understand how visitors use the site.  In simple terms, this does not gather any personal information about site visitors but rather, it gather statistics about visitors like site referral sources, browser versions used, geographic locations, etc...  This information is analyzed as a collection of statistics and does not identify individual behaviors.  For a complete list of information gathered by Google Analytics, follow this link - Google Analytics.

We also use PayPal to process payments and comply fully with the PayPal privacy statements.

Legal Stuff

Although we have no intention to do so, we reserve the right to make modifications to the above privacy statement as the situation may arise where it becomes necessary or required to do so by law.
